The FlatƒoX-17 is a fully portable flat panel detector x-ray system consisting of Control Display Unit (CDU), Flat Panel Imager, Imager Control Unit (ICU), X-ray source (150 kV) and different sets of cables. All components are stored in one single carrying case.

The standard system is consisting of:

-    State-of-the-art laptop computer with complete FlatƒoX-17 software and features

-     FlatƒoX-17 flat panel and ICU with a interconnecting cable of 3 m lenght

-    50m of coiled CDU/ICU lightweight cable on a removable reel attached to the carrying case

-    Ruggedized Carrying Case & Operation Platform

-    X-ray cable, Charge cable and AC cable

-    Laminated Quick Start sheet and complete Operation & Maintenance Manual

The VIDISCO FlatƒoX-17 system truly is unique concerning its function and its design. It features a flat panel detector of only 46 mm broadth, is fully battery-operated and needs only one interconnecting cable for data processing and power-supply. The detector provides images with a resolution of ≥14 bit and it can be mounted to a tripod as well.

The FlatƒoX-17 is setting up new standards for imaging systems in combination with a compact over-all system. The panel offers excellent resolution of 4 lp/mm. Just like its smaller brother, ƒoX-Rayzor, the complete system including x-ray source is stored in one single case, fully battery-operated (over 2 hours of operation with one battery charge) and additionally can be operated with 110/220 V AC voltage or external DC voltage (using a standard inverter). As well a wireless x-ray system (WLX) as a digital wireless system for wireless transfer from and to the detector are available. The portable detector panel allows you to operate the system at demanding places and to receive excellent digital images nevertheless. The system offers you all advantages of a near realtime x-ray system with immediate image results.
